Tailored Solo Placements
Blak Diamond Social Care specialises in solo placements for young people aged 8-17, utilising a focused intervention approach to break the cycle of negative behaviours. We provide a step-down plan for a seamless transition to placements with other young people.
Intensive High Support Placements
For young individuals transitioning from secure facilities or under court orders, our intensive high-support placements aim to create a warm and nurturing environment. We implement effective interventions to support their journey toward growth.

Springhill house
Springhill House is a well-equipped, newly refurbished grade II building residential children’s home located in Northamptonshire, opposite Northampton Hospital, offering a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children. The home features:
• Accommodation: 3 large children’s bedrooms and 2 staff rooms.
• Facilities: A spacious lounge, dining area, indoor cinema room, laundry room, 4 toilets, 2 bathrooms, office facilities for staff, and a large kitchen that can accommodate all residents.
• Location Benefits: Direct access to Northampton Hospital for emergency medical care, local school, a bus stop right outside the gate for easy public transport, and nearby local parks for outdoor activities.
Springhill House is designed to promote the well-being, safeguarding and development of its residents, providing a balance of care, recreation, and safety within a supportive community setting.
Southside House
Southside House is a pleasant, gated family sized home in Clifton, Nottingham. There are three bedrooms in the house, a large lounge, a separate kitchen and dining room, communal area, and office, and a garden with access from the kitchen and dining room. This property offers a separate garage that has plans of converting into a sensory room.
